By accessing the Site, submitting an inquiry, booking an appointment, or engaging Olaxdigitals for Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

1. About Our Services

Olaxdigitals is a creative content team offering services that may include, without limitation:

• Social media profile management and content strategy/scheduling

• Video production and professional video editing

• Promotion, growth strategy, and search engine optimization (SEO)

• Content creation, design, and branding support

• Campaign management and related creative or marketing services

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any engagement will be agreed upon separately between Olaxdigitals and the Client (via proposal, invoice, order form, or written agreement) before work begins. Where a conflict exists between these Terms and a signed proposal or agreement, the specific agreement will govern for that engagement.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site or our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on your own behalf or on behalf of the business/organization you represent.

3. Client Responsibilities

To help us deliver quality work, you agree to:

• Provide timely, accurate information, brand assets, footage, credentials, or content required for us to perform the Services;

• Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, or revisions within a reasonable time;

• Ensure you have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content, footage, music, images, trademarks, or materials you provide to us for use in the Services;

• Use our deliverables in a lawful manner and in compliance with the terms of service of any third-party platform (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X/Twitter, etc.).

Delays in providing materials, feedback, or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

4. Revisions and Support

Where a service package includes revisions, requests, or ongoing support (such as content updates, design tweaks, or campaign adjustments), these will be provided in accordance with the scope agreed for that specific package. "Unlimited" or "24/7" support offerings refer to responsiveness and availability of our team through agreed communication channels, and do not guarantee immediate completion of every request or unlimited scope changes outside the agreed engagement.5. Fees and Payment

• Pricing for Services will be communicated to the Client prior to commencement of work, via quote, invoice, or service agreement.

• Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are due according to the payment schedule specified at the time of booking (e.g., upfront, milestone-based, or recurring/subscription billing).

• Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of Services.

• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except as expressly stated in a specific service agreement or as required by applicable law.

• We reserve the right to update our pricing for future engagements; existing agreements will honor previously agreed rates for their term.6. Intellectual Property

• Client Materials: You retain ownership of any content, footage, logos, or materials you provide to us. By submitting such materials, you grant Olaxdigitals a limited, non-exclusive license to use, edit, and reproduce them solely for the purpose of performing the Services.

• Deliverables: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables created specifically for the Client (e.g., edited videos, graphics, scheduled content) transfers to the Client. Olaxdigitals retains the right to use non-confidential deliverables in its own portfolio, marketing materials, and social media, unless the Client requests otherwise in writing.

• Olaxdigitals IP: Our internal tools, templates, processes, and pre-existing creative assets remain the property of Olaxdigitals and are not transferred to the Client unless explicitly agreed

7. Third-Party Platforms
Our Services may involve publishing, promoting, or managing content on third-party platforms (e.g., TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, X/Twitter). Olaxdigitals is not responsible for the availability, policies, algorithm changes, account suspensions, or performance fluctuations of any third-party platform, as these are outside of our control. We will make reasonable efforts to comply with platform guidelines but cannot guarantee specific growth, view counts, follower numbers, or revenue outcomes.

8. No Guarantee of Results
While we are committed to delivering high-quality, results-driven work, Olaxdigitals does not guarantee specific outcomes such as follower growth, engagement rates, views, revenue, or rankings, as these depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, market conditions, and audience behavior. Any statistics, case studies, or testimonials referenced on the Site are illustrative of past results and are not a promise of similar future results.

9. Term, Cancellation, and Termination

• Engagements continue for the term agreed in the applicable service agreement or, for ongoing/subscription services, on a rolling basis until cancelled by either party with reasonable written notice (as specified in your service agreement).

• Olaxdigitals reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services in the event of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or misuse of our Services.

• Upon termination, the Client remains responsible for payment of fees for work completed or in progress up to the termination date.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Olaxdigitals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to Olaxdigitals for the specific Services giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olaxdigitals, its team members, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) materials you provide that infringe on third-party rights; or (c) your misuse of deliverables or the Site.

12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, strategy, or account information shared during the course of an engagement, and to use such information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the Services, except where disclosure is required by law.

13. Website Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, scraping content without permission, or using the Site for unlawful purposes. All content on the Site (text, graphics, videos, logos) is owned by or licensed to Olaxdigitals and may not be reproduced without permission.

14. Changes to These Terms

15. Governing Law
